All paintings look better than the photographic representations. From personal experience, my photographs of paintings may be a little off  in color and intensity, probably due to inadequate equipment and lighting, and of course the multitude of monitor settings on different computers. I find cameras work by bunching colors together making some colors disappear and other colors intensify as well as take on different hues.  I post the photos of the paintings so one can get an idea of the subject matter and style of my paintings.
